Thanksgiving is a time for togetherness... it's an occasion to be spent in the warm and loving company of family, loved ones and friends enjoying turkey roast and pumpkin pies with them. Thanksgiving is also an opportunity to renew the ties that bind us with the ones we love... it is a time for remembering, cherishing and being thankful for all the good things you have been blessed with. So it's time to say 'Happy Thanksgiving'

Thanksgiving food gift baskets

Every year, we gear up to celebrate Thanksgiving with guests, families and friends dropping in to dine, wine and lay supine. A delightful meal and a cozy fireside is what we all look forward to, but this year my friends and I have decided to give our moms and grandmoms a chance to sit back and enjoy Thankgiving with everybody else instead of spending all their time in the kitchen cooking mammoth meals. The traditional meal comprising turkey, apple or pumpkin pie, etc will all be there, the only difference being that I and my sister will be cooking some of it and the rest will be brought in pretty little food baskets by my friends. Surprised? Dont be, coz these gift baskets are quite captivating.
Caramel Apples; Gourmet Cheeses; Pumpkin spice cookies; Dan's Long box stuffed with summer sausages, smoked salmon, spiced almonds, chocolate truffles; fresh baked goodies like mini muffins, pies and brownies; fruits; fall harvest baskets including leaf shaped pasta meal, black peppercorn crackers decorated with colorful autumnal leaves. My appetite is stirring already, what about you? But this is only a short list, for more victuals, check out the sites below:
